ASSEMBLY TYPE BURIED BOX JIG FOR HANDHOLE, MANHOLE AND THE LIKE, AND ASSEMBLING METHOD OF ASSEMBLY TYPE BURIED BOX USING THE JIG
To provide an assembly type buried box jig for a handhole, a manhole and the like and an assembling method of the assembly type buried box capable of easily attaching guide pieces on four corners or four sides inside a block-shaped member of the handhole, the manhole and the like without any processing and allowing precise alignment of the block-shaped member to be stacked over.SOLUTION: An assembly type buried box jig for a handhole, a manhole and the like comprises: a foldable umbrella frame structure of which foldable frames 4 extend outward with spring force of spring members arranged on the foldable frames 4 and elasticity of the foldable frames 4 through pushing the foldable frames 4 with a supporting frame 5 of which a tip is connected to one of the foldable frames 4 by extending from a lower lathe 3 when lifting the lower lathe 3 arranged on a support column 1 along the support column 1, wherein each of three or more foldable frames 4 extend radially from an upper lathe 2 and each of the foldable frames 4 can be folded in three stages after the upper lathe 2 are fixed on the support column 1. A guide piece 9 is rotatably attached on all or a part of outermost sides of the foldable frames 4, and a stand base 10 is positioned at a lower part of the support column 1 and the lower lathe 3 is freely secured at any position of the support column 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】何の加工を施すこともなく、ハンドホール・マンホール等の組立式埋設ボックスのブロック状部材の内側の四隅又は四辺に容易にガイド片を取り付けることが出来、上に重ねるブロック状部材を正確に位置合わせして接続できる。【解決手段】支柱1に上部ろくろ2を固定し、上部ろくろ2から3本以上の折畳み骨4が放射状に伸び、各折畳み骨4は3段に折り畳み可能であり、支柱1に設けた下部ろくろ3を支柱1に沿って上げると、下部ろくろ3から伸びてその先端を折畳み骨4の一つに接続された支持骨5に折畳み骨4が押され、折畳み骨4に設けたバネ部材のバネの力や折畳み骨4の弾性によって折畳み骨4が外方に伸びる、折り畳み傘の骨構成を有し、折り畳み骨4の最外側の骨の全部又は一部の外側にガイド片9を回転自在に取付け、前記支柱1の下部にスタンド架台10を有し、前記下部ろくろ3は支柱1の任意の箇所で固定自在とした。【選択図】図1
