SOUND INSULATING MATERIAL
To solve the problem that a conventional sound insulating material is made of a lead plate, and there is a concern about toxicity due to contact, etc., and there is a difficulty in handling in construction due to its soft nature.SOLUTION: A sound insulating material 10 of the present invention mainly includes: a base material 11 made of a thin iron plate; a lead-plated layer 14 covering a surface of the base material 11; and a tin-plated layer 12 covering a surface of the lead-plated layer 14. With this structure, the sound insulating material 10 uses the base material 11 made of hard iron as a core material, thereby improving the softness, which is a characteristic of lead, and improving workability. Further, the tin-plated layer 12 is formed on an outermost surface of the sound insulating material 10, and the lead-plated layer 14 is not exposed, so that an operator is prevented from having a health problem due to the lead-plated layer 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の遮音材は鉛板からなり、接触などによる毒性が危惧されると共に、軟質な性質による施工上の取り扱いに課題があった。【解決手段】本発明の遮音材10は、主に、薄い鉄板から基材11と、基材11の表面を被覆する鉛メッキ層14と、鉛メッキ層14の表面を被覆するスズメッキ層12と、を有している。この構造により、遮音材10は、硬質な鉄からなる基材11を芯材として用いることで、鉛の特性である軟弱性が改善され、施工性が向上される。また、遮音材10の最表面にスズメッキ層12が形成され、鉛メッキ層14が露出することなく、作業者に対して鉛メッキ層14による健康上の問題が発生することが防止される。【選択図】図1
