To provide a switch for an electric blind, a multi-switch, a communication terminal, and an electric blind that electrically controls the opening and closing of a shielding material in a manner that prevents an increase in a manufacturing cost and is easy to use.SOLUTION: A switch 12, 12A, or a multi-switch 22, or a communication terminal 13 of the present invention comprises mode selection means (mode switching button 126, etc.) for selecting and designating a predetermined operation mode prior to the opening and closing operation of a plurality of types of shielding materials (upper shielding material 2B, lower shielding material 2A, etc.), operation means (operation buttons 121 to 125, etc.) for opening and closing multiple types of shielding materials in the selected operation mode, and communication control means (communication control unit 12a) that transmits an operation signal corresponding to the mode selection means and the operation means to an electric blind.
