DOUBLE SWINGING CONSOLE BOX
To provide a double swinging console box regulating oscillation in a lateral direction of a lid member when the lid member is closed, and performing an accurate lid-closing operation for a long time.SOLUTION: A double swinging console box is such that: right and left side hinge pins are provided to right and left both edges of a lid member having a lid function so as to be flexibly movable forward and backward; the hinge pins are respectively made so as to be flexibly inserted into or removed from right and left axis holes of an engagement wall body where the hinge pins are raised at the end part of a body member as a box body; the hinge pins are flexibly inserted into or removed from the right and left axis holes via a right and left pin operation mechanism by right and left operation parts fitted to the lid member; and the lid member can be opened to a selected hinge. In the console box, a lid member receiving body is formed on the right and left top surfaces of the engagement wall body, or at a prescribed position of the body member coming in relatively contact with the lid member receiving body when closing the lid, and elastically abutting bodies are respectively provided at a prescribed position of the body member coming in relatively contact with the lid member receiving body when closing the lid or on right and left top surfaces of the engagement wall body raised on the body member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】蓋部材を閉塞した際の蓋部材の左右方向への揺動を規制し、長期間正確な閉蓋作動を行うことができる両開きコンソールボックスを提供する。【解決手段】蓋体機能を有するリッド部材の左右両端縁に左右側ヒンジピンを前後方向に進退自在に設けると共に、該ヒンジピンをボックス本体となる本体部材の端部に立設した係合壁体の左右軸穴にそれぞれ挿入抜去自在とし、リッド部材に設けた左右操作部により左右ピン操作機構を介して左右軸穴からヒンジピンを挿入抜去自在に構成すると共に、選択したヒンジピンへリッド部材を開蓋可能に構成した両開きコンソールボックスにおいて、係合壁体の左右上面、或いは、閉蓋時にリッド部材受け体と相対当接する本体部材の所定位置にリッド部材受け体を形成すると共に、閉蓋時にリッド部材受け体と相対当接する本体部材の所定位置、或いは、本体部材に立設した係合壁体の左右上面に、それぞれに弾性当接体を設ける。【選択図】図１
