To provide an additive for a concrete composition, in which an additive solution has high stability and which imparts excellent material separation resistance to a concrete composition and the like having high followability, wherein a concrete-hardened body and the like obtained therefrom can show excellent freeze-thaw resistance.SOLUTION: An additive for a concrete composition comprises a carboxylic acid-based copolymer and/or its salt, a water-soluble cellulose ether, gums, an antifoaming agent, and an organic amine salt of an aliphatic alcoholic phosphate, wherein ionic strength derived from the carboxylic acid-based copolymer is 0.02 to 0.8.SELECTED DRAWING: None
