To provide a method for producing fluorine mica by which fluorine mica can be easily and artificially synthesized.SOLUTION: A method for producing fluorine mica according to the present invention comprises a step of weighing raw materials to be used for synthesizing fluorine mica and mixing the raw materials to prepare a mixed raw material, a step of forming a molded body by pressurizing the mixed raw materials to mold the same, and a sintering step of heating the molded body to obtain a sintered body of fluorine mica. The molded body is housed without sealing in a ceramic heating container having an exothermic layer that is formed on the inner surface and is exothermic by microwave irradiation, the ceramic heating container is irradiated with microwave, and the molded body is heated to a sintering temperature to obtain the sintered body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 フッ素雲母を簡易に人工合成することを可能にするフッ素雲母の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明に係るフッ素雲母の製造方法は、フッ素雲母の合成に用いる原料を秤量し、原料を混合して混合原料を調製する工程と、混合原料を加圧成形して成形体を作製する工程と、成形体を加熱してフッ素雲母の焼成体を得る焼成工程とを備えるフッ素雲母の製造方法であって、前記焼成工程において、マイクロ波の照射により発熱する発熱層が内面に形成されたセラミック加熱容器に前記成形体を密封せずに収容し、該セラミック加熱容器にマイクロ波を照射し、前記成形体を焼成温度まで加熱して焼成体を得ることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
