WATERPROOF ROOF STRUCTURE AND ITS WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a waterproof roof structure and its waterproof construction method which can efficiently performing a waterproof construction of an entire roof of a purlin and a rooftop where parapets are fixed, preventing workers from falling, further securing safety of workers during regular inspections and maintenance after the waterproof roof is completed.SOLUTION: It is a waterproof roof structure of a mechanical parking device 100 in which a purlin c and a parapet d are fixed to a beam b constituting a ceiling portion, and includes a roofing material 40, a waterproof sheet 50, and a plurality of column lower portions 10. A lower end of the plurality of column lower portions 10 is fixed to the purlin c or the beam b, and an upper end extends above the waterproof sheet 50. The column lower portion 10 can be used as a main rope column by fixing a detachable column upper portion 20 to its upper portion. In addition, a fixed position of the column lower portion 10 is set so that an entire roof can be accessed by an allowable length of a lanyard of a safety belt from a main rope g connecting between adjacent column upper portions 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】母屋及びパラペットが固定された屋上部の屋根全面の防水施工を、作業員の落下を防止して効率よくでき、かつ防水屋根の完成後の定期点検やメンテナンスの際にも、作業員の安全性を確保できる防水屋根構造とその防水施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】天井部を構成する梁bに母屋c及びパラペットdが固定された機械式駐車装置100の防水屋根構造であり、屋根材40、防水シート50、及び複数の支柱下部10を備える。複数の支柱下部10は、母屋c又は梁bに下端部が固定され、上端が防水シート50より上方まで延びる。支柱下部10は、その上部に着脱可能な支柱上部20を固定して親綱支柱として用いることができる。また、支柱下部10の固定位置は、隣接する支柱上部20の間を連結する親綱gから安全帯のランヤードの許容長さで、屋根全面にアクセスできるように設定されている。【選択図】図4
