JOINT STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE PRECAST FLOOR SLAB AND JOINT STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE PRECAST MEMBER
To provide a mechanical joint structure of a concrete precast floor slab in which vertical grooves are prevented from being deformed in a female joint having a groove-shaped cross section.SOLUTION: A female joint 3 of a precast floor slab 1A on one side is engaged with a male joint 4 of a precast floor slab 1B on an other side. With the precast floor slabs connected to each other, a grout material 17 is filled in an internal space IS of the female joint 3, an upper space US of the female joint 3, and a gap part M between the precast floor slab 1A on one side and the precast floor slab 1B on the other side. Opening prevention reinforcement bars 15 extending in a direction parallel to bridge axial direction reinforcement bars 12 are arranged on both sides of the female joint 3 at a prescribed distance from the female joint 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】溝型断面を有する雌継手における縦溝の変形防止を図ったコンクリート製プレキャスト床版の機械式継手構造を提供する。【解決手段】一方側のプレキャスト床版1Aの雌継手3に、他方側のプレキャスト床版1Bの雄継手4が係合し、プレキャスト床版同士を結合した状態とし、雌継手3の内部空間IS、雌継手3の上部側空間US及び一方側のプレキャスト床版1Aと他方側のプレキャスト床版1Bとの間隙部分Mにグラウト材17が充填された構造とする。前記雌継手3の両側にそれぞれ、前記雌継手3から所定の距離を空けて、橋軸方向鉄筋12と平行する方向に延びる開き防止用鉄筋15が配置されている。【選択図】図3
