To provide an anchor pin or the like capable of reliably and appropriately expanding the expanded portion of the anchor body and effectively preventing damage to the finishing material.SOLUTION: An anchor pin 20 for a pinning method includes a cylindrical anchor body 21 having an expanded portion 22 at the tip and a female screw 31a formed on the inner peripheral surface, a cone portion 23 that expands the expanded portion 22 by being driven from an opening 10a side, and a holding screw portion 25 having a dish-shaped head portion 26 that fits into an opening 10 and having a male screw 41a corresponding to the female screw 31a formed on the outer peripheral surface of a shaft portion 41.
