PAVEMENT REPAIR MATERIAL MANUFACTURING METHOD AND PAVEMENT REPAIR MATERIAL MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
To obtain a pavement repair material that: is mainly used for small scale pavement repairs allowing repairs to be completed early without hindering the flow of traffic vehicles; greatly reduces the asphalt odor generated at a road repair site at the same time; eliminates the discomfort of nearby residents caused by the asphalt odor; and suppresses the asphalt odor generated during manufacturing at the repair material manufacturing plant so as not to deteriorate the environment around the plant.SOLUTION: A pavement repair material obtained by mixing 5 to 30 wt.% of electrically insulating oil with petroleum asphalt.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明は、主に舗装補修が小規模な箇所に用いるもので、交通車両の走行を妨げることなく早期に補修を完了することができ、同時に道路の補修現場において発生するアスファルト臭を大幅に低減し、近隣住民などにアスファルト臭の不快を感じさせないだけでなく、補修材の製造工場でも製造時に発生するアスファルト臭を抑えて、工場近隣の環境を悪化させることのない舗装用補修材を得ることを目的とするものである。【解決手段】石油アスファルトに対し、電気絶縁油５〜３０重量％の割合で混合して得たことを特徴とする舗装用補修材。【選択図】なし
