To provide a laminated coil component having excellent magnetic characteristics such as magnetic permeability, insulation resistance and dielectric constant, and frequency characteristics in addition to sinterability.SOLUTION: In a laminated coil component 1 according to the present invention, a sintered material that constitutes an insulating layer 31 between coil conductors 32 includes 8 mol% or more and 37 mol% or less of Fe2O3 converted from Fe, 30 mol% or more and 60 mol% or less of ZnO converted from Zn, 1 mol% or more and 7 mol% or less of CuO converted from Cu, 3 mol% or more and 17 mol% or less of NiO converted from Ni, and 7 mol% or more and 28 mol% or less of SiO2 converted from Si. The molar ratio between SiO2 converted from Si and Fe2O3 converted from Fe in the sintered material (SiO2/Fe2O3) is 0.2 or more and 3.5 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】焼結性に加え、透磁率、絶縁抵抗及び誘電率等の磁気特性並びに周波数特性に優れる積層型コイル部品を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の積層型コイル部品1は、コイル導体間32の絶縁層31を構成する焼結材料が、FeをFe2O3に換算して8mol%以上、37mol%以下、ZnをZnOに換算して30mol%以上、60mol%以下、CuをCuOに換算して1mol%以上、7mol%以下、NiをNiOに換算して3mol%以上、17mol%以下、SiをSiO2に換算して7mol%以上、28mol%以下含む。焼結材料中のSi及びFeをそれぞれ、SiO2及びFe2O3に換算したときのSiO2と、上記Fe2O3のモル比(SiO2/Fe2O3)が0.2以上、3.5以下である。【選択図】図3
