MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HYDRATED AND SOLIDIFIED PRODUCT OF IRON AND STEELMAKING SLAG
To enable steelmaking slag containing MgO to be used as a raw material for a hydrated and solidified product of iron and steelmaking slag.SOLUTION: The present invention is a method of producing a hydrated and solidified product of iron and steelmaking slag using steelmaking slag, blast furnace slag, binder, and water as a raw material. Two kinds of steelmaking slag, that is, a normal steelmaking slag having a MgO content of 8.5 mass% or less, and a MgO-containing steelmaking slag having a MgO content of more than 8.5 mass%, are used. Each of the normal steelmaking slag and the MgO-containing steelmaking slag is subjected to an aging treatment in which a hydration reaction proceeds in a moist environment. The pulverization rate of both steelmaking slags after the aging treatment is 2.5% or less. A kneaded product, which is obtained by blending and kneading the normal steelmaking slag after the aging treatment in the amount of 55-60 mass%, the MgO-containing steelmaking slag after the aging treatment in the amount of 6-8 mass%, the blast furnace slag in the amount of 12-15 mass%, the binder in the amount of 12-15 mass%, and the water in the amount of 8-10 mass% so that the total is 100 mass%, is cured for 7 days and more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】MgO含有製鋼スラグを、鉄鋼スラグ水和固化体の原材料として使用できるようにする。【解決手段】製鋼スラグ、高炉スラグ、結合材、及び水を原料とする鉄鋼スラグ水和固化体の製造方法である。前記製鋼スラグは、MgOの含有量が8.5質量%以下の通常の製鋼スラグと、MgOの含有量が8.5質量%よりも多いMgO含有製鋼スラグを含み、これら通常の製鋼スラグとMgO含有製鋼スラグの各々を、湿潤環境下で水和反応を進行させるエージング処理を行う。エージング処理後の両製鋼スラグの粉化率を2.5%以下とする。エージング処理後の通常の製鋼スラグを55〜60質量%、エージング処理後のMgO含有製鋼スラグを6〜8質量%、前記高炉スラグを12〜15質量%、前記結合材を12〜15質量%、前記水を8〜10質量%含有し、合計が100質量%となるように配合して混練して得られた混練物を7日間以上養生する。【選択図】なし
