The sewage having the maximum amount of sewage passes through a first regulating tank 2A, a first orifice 24A, a second regulating tank 2B, a second orifice 24B, a third regulating tank 2C and a third orifice 24C in order and flows to a second discharge pipe 7b, and the sewage having the excess amount of sewage overflows from a first to a third overflow weirs 22A, 22B, 22C and flows to a regulating reservoir inflow pipe 9a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
