To improve the yield strength of composite slabs composed of wood board and reinforced concrete slabs while controlling costs.SOLUTION: A composite slab structure 10 comprises a wood slab unit 100 in which a plurality of wood rod-shaped members 120 are joined side by side at intervals to a lower surface 112 of a wood board 110, a girder 50 and a beam 70 in which a plurality of wood slab units 100 are arranged and the wooden rod-shaped members 120 are erected, and a reinforced concrete slab 150 integrally provided on an upper surface 114 of the wood board 110 of the wood slab unit 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
