To provide housing equipment which allows for preventing an untrustworthy person invited to an entrance floor from obtaining information and offers superior daylighting performance and decorativeness by employing an improved method of driving a liquid crystal light control device installed at the entrance.SOLUTION: A light control device is disposed on a surface of a window glass installed on a side of an entrance floor of a house, and is controlled to switch haze in conjunction with a series of actions starting from a visitor to the house ringing the doorbell, checking the visitor through an intercom or a monitor, to opening the door.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】玄関に設置する液晶方式の調光装置の駆動方式を改良することにより、玄関土間部まで招き入れてしまった信頼性が不十分な人物による情報の入手を回避すると共に、採光性，装飾性に優れた住宅設備を提供する。【解決手段】調光装置は、住宅の玄関土間部の側部に設置された窓ガラスの表面に配置されており、当該住宅への来訪者が玄関の呼び鈴を鳴らす動作、インターホンまたはモニターによる来訪者の確認、ドア開けと続く一連の動作と連動して、ヘイズ状態が切り替わるように制御された構成。【選択図】図２
