MULTI-SHAFT CRUSHING SEPARATION DEVICE
To provide a multi-shaft crushing separation device which can crush and separate earth and sand or the like generated in civil engineering excavation work and so on by one device.SOLUTION: A multi-shaft crushing separation device is constituted in such a way that: a downward inclined housing 4 comprising an upper stage rotary roll portion and a lower stage rotary roll portion are provided in a machine casing 5 in a direction orthogonal to a direction of travel of a raw material; the lower stage rotary roll portion is planarly arranged to be positioned between the upper stage rotary roll portions; a plurality of crushing discs are each axially fixed to the rotary rolls on the upper stage and the lower stage; the lower stage crushing discs are axially arranged to be positioned between the upper stage crushing discs; and gaps between adjacent rotary rolls on the upper and lower stages and between the crushing discs on the upper and lower stages are configured as sieve meshes; upper stage roller drive means rotationally driving the upper stage rotary roll, and lower stage roller drive means rotationally driving the lower stage rotary roll are provided; a hopper 6 for charging a raw material is provided in an upper opening of the housing; a minus-sieve lower chute 17 is provided in a lower opening 4e, and a plus-sieve discharge chute 10 is provided in a side plate on a downstream side of the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】土木掘削工事等において発生する土砂等の破砕、篩い分けを1つの装置にて行い得る多軸式破砕篩装置の提供。【解決手段】原料の進行方向に直交する方向に、上段回転ロール部と下段回転ロール部とを具備する下り傾斜の筐体4を機枠5に設け、下段の回転ロールは上段の回転ロール間に位置するように平面的に配列し、上下段の上記各回転ロールには軸方向に複数枚の破砕用ディスクを各々固定し、下段の破砕用ディスクは上段の破砕用ディスク間に位置するように軸方向に配列し、上下段の隣接する回転ロール間及び上下段の破砕用ディスク間の隙間を篩目として構成し、上段の回転ロールを回転駆動する上段ローラ駆動手段と、下段の回転ロールを回転駆動する下段ローラ駆動手段を設け、筐体の上開口部に原料投入用のホッパ6、下開口部4eに篩下の下部シュート17、筐体の下流側の側板に篩上の排出シュート10を設ける。【選択図】図1
