UNDERLAYER MATERIAL
To provide an underlayer material highly adhesive to an underfloor.SOLUTION: A first foam layer 1 having an open cell is provided to the surface of an underlayer material 3 bonded to an underfloor 4, and a second foam layer 2 having an isolated cell is stacked on the first foam layer 1. The first foam layer 1 having the open cell has high adhesion to an adhesive, and thus an adhesive force between the underfloor 4 and the underlay material 3 can be increased. The second foam layer 2 having the isolated cell is thicker than the first foam layer 1, and thus an impact sound to a floor below accompanying walking or wheel passage can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】床下地との接着性に優れる下張材を提供する。【解決手段】下張材3の床下地4に接着される面に、連続気泡を有する第1発泡体層1を設け、第1発泡体層1に独立気泡を有する第2発泡体層2を積層した構成とする。連続気泡を有した第1発泡体層1は接着剤との密着性が高いので、床下地4と下張材3との接着力を高めることができる。また、独立気泡を有する第2発泡体層2は、第1発泡体層1よりも厚いので、歩行や車輪の通過に伴う階下への衝撃音を低減することができる。【選択図】図1
