To provide a system and the like, capable of avoiding excessive reduction in an information amount of environmental information in an appropriate form from a view point of an operator appropriately grasping an environment of a work machine according to an operation state of the work machine by the operator, while reducing a data communication load for outputting the environmental information.SOLUTION: A remote operation system or a remote operation server 20 constituting the system executes "environmental information control processing" to reduce a data amount of environmental data so that information reduction amounts of one or a plurality of high environmental information factors (representing information reduction amounts of environmental information caused by variations of the environmental information factors) are smaller than information reduction amounts of one or a plurality of low environmental information factors. The environmental information control processing is executed by segmenting the low environmental information factors and the high environmental information factors in different modes depending on difference between operation states.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
