CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF TRAP PIPE IN DRAIN TRAP
To provide the connection structure of the trap pipe in the drain trap, that can easily connect the trap pipe to a primary side drain pipe and a secondary side drain pipe without a tool in the drain trap such as a washbasin.SOLUTION: An S-trap 1 is formed by sequentially connecting a drain tail pipe 2, a trap U pipe 3, and a stick pipe 4. A pressing wall part 61 of an inflow side stopper 6A is arranged on an upper surface of an inflow side seal member 5A that is fitted on the outside of the drain tail pipe and received on the upper surface of an inflow side flange 33 of the trap U pipe, and a locking claw part 62 of the inflow side stopper is anchored to an outer peripheral edge of the inflow side flange. A flange 43 of an inflow side end part of the stick pipe is fitted into a fitting groove 52 on an inner surface of an outflow side seal member 5B, and a part of the outflow side seal member is interposed between an outflow side flange 34 of the trap U pipe and the flange of the stick pipe. The pressing wall part 61 of an outflow side stopper 6B is arranged on the upper surface of an outflow side seal member, and the locking claw part 62 of the outflow side stopper is anchored to the outer peripheral edge of the inflow side flange.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】洗面器等の排水トラップにおいて、トラップ管と一次側排水管および二次側排水管との接続作業を工具なしで簡単に行うことができるトラップ管の接続構造を提供する。【解決手段】Ｓトラップ1は、排水テール管2、トラップＵ管3、ステッキ管4を順次接続してなる。排水テール管の外側に嵌められてトラップＵ管の流入側フランジ33上面で受けられた流入側シール部材5Aの上面に、流入側ストッパ6Aの押圧壁部61が配置され、同ストッパの係止爪部62が流入側フランジの外周縁に係り止められている。流出側シール部材5B内面の嵌入溝52にステッキ管の流入側端部のフランジ43が嵌め入れられ、同シール部材の一部がトラップＵ管の流出側フランジ34とステッキ管のフランジとの間に介在されている。流出側ストッパ6Bの押圧壁部61が流出側シール部材上面に配置され、同ストッパの係止爪部62が流入側フランジの外周縁に係り止められている。【選択図】図１
