To provide a mounting bracket for a roof which can be easily mounted on a roof and sets a mounted object to become a fixed height from a bottom surface of the roof.SOLUTION: A mounting bracket 1 for a roof includes: a crest-shaped bracket 10 that covers a crest part so as to be mounted on a folded-plate roof 4 having continuous ridges and valleys and a wavy cross section, and has a flat apex; a fixing part 20 for fixing the bracket 10 to the folded-plate roof 4 with a bolt 22 and a nut 23; a bolt hole 31 for bolt mounting provided in a flat portion of the apex of the bracket 10; a bolt 32 fit into the bolt hole 31; and a moving part 34 which is moved to an axial direction of the bolt 32 by being fit into the bolt 32 and rotating and has a clamp 36 for mounting a mounted object 5 to the upper end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
