METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING RAIL FOUNDATION AND RAIL FOUNDATION BLOCK
To provide a rail foundation block used in construction of rail foundation of a portal crane.SOLUTION: A concrete-made rail foundation block 20 for installing a travel rail of a crane is precast. The rail foundation block has a foundation part, and an U-shaped cross section that is composed of a pair of side walls erected upward so as to form one U-shaped groove to the inside from the foundation part and are wholly inverted U-shaped, U-shaped or U-shaped with the upper die opened in a single piece, and a plurality of pieces of embedded hardware for installing a travel rail on a bottom surface of the groove are embedded. The angle in the inside of the side wall on both sides of the groove may be largely chamfered relative to the angle on the outside thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】門型クレーンのレール基礎の施工に用いられるレール基礎ブロックを提供する。【解決手段】クレーンの走行レールを設置するためのプレキャストされたコンクリート製のレール基礎ブロック２０を提供する。このレール基礎ブロックは、単体で、基礎部と、基礎部から内部に１つのＵ字型の溝が形成されるように上方に立ち上がった一対の側壁とからなる全体が逆Π字型、Ｕ字型または上型が開いたコ字型の断面を有し、溝の底面に走行レールを設置するための複数の埋設金物が埋設されている。溝の両側の側壁の内側の角が外側の角に対し大きく面取りされていてもよい。【選択図】図３
