To construct an upper-side damper while simplifying a structure and improving construction performance.SOLUTION: An attachment structure of a damper comprises a seismic device 5 arranged between a lower structure 2 and an upper structure 3, and the damper 7 for attenuating a relative displacement in a horizontal direction between the lower structure 2 and the upper structure 3. The damper 7 is arranged over a lower-side damper foundation part 8 at the lower structure 2 side and an upper-side damper foundation part 9 at the upper structure 3 side. An upper column 32 out of columns of the upper structure 2 arranged in a point in which the seismic device 5 is not arranged comprises a lower extension column region 33 extending to a lower side, and the upper-side damper foundation part 9 is constituted of the lower extension column region 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
