BLAST FURNACE SLAG COATING
To provide a blast furnace slag coating using a liquid inorganic material comprising a liquid suspension.SOLUTION: A blast furnace slag two-pack coating has as the main agent, a stabilized aqueous suspension containing blast furnace slag as follows, and as the hydraulic reaction inducer, an alkaline liquid in which a sodium silicate, a sodium carbonate or a potassium carbonate inducing hydraulic reaction of the suspension is dissolved, and is obtained by separately packaging the main agent and the hydraulic reaction inducer.A) 0.5 wt.%-42 wt.% of blast furnace slag of a high blast furnace slag content, containing 60% or more of blast furnace slag content based on the total weight of blast furnace slag; B) 0.1 wt.%-20 wt.% of a blocking agent containing a phosphorus-containing compound; C) 0.3-5%, preferably 0.3-2.5% of a blocking agent different from a phosphorus-containing compound; and D) a water retention agent or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】流体懸濁液からなる液状の無機系素材を用いた高炉スラグ系塗料を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】以下の高炉スラグを含有する安定化された水性懸濁液を主剤とし、該懸濁液の水硬反応を誘発させる珪酸ナトリウムもしくは炭酸ナトリウム又は炭酸カリウムが溶解したアルカリ性液体を水硬反応誘発剤として、前記主剤と水硬反応誘発剤とを別々にパッケージしてなる高炉スラグ系２剤型塗料。＜主剤の成分＞Ａ）高炉スラグの総重量に対して６０％以上の高炉スラグ含有量を有する高炉スラグ高含有量高炉スラグ０．５重量％〜４２重量％Ｂ）リン含有化合物を含むブロッキング剤０．１重量％〜２０重量％Ｃ）リン含有化合物とは異なるブロッキング剤０．３〜５％、好ましくは０．３〜２．５％Ｄ）保水剤その他【選択図】なし
