ADHESION METHOD OF TILES
To provide a tile adhesion method which can improve construction quality by improving a bonding rate.SOLUTION: Tiles are bonded using a vibrating tool which presses a tile 7 against an adhesive 5 while vibrating it. At this time, a plurality of rows of adhesives 5 extending in the horizontal direction using a comb iron are provided in parallel on an adhesion surface of the tile 7. After that, a work of moving the vibrating tool while pressing the tile 7 against the adhesives 5 with the vibrating tool is repeated in order from the bottom to the top. At least at an end of the adhesive 5 in the stretching direction, the vibrating tool is moved diagonally downward and outward of the tile 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】接着率の向上により施工品質を高めることができるタイルの接着方法を提供する。【解決手段】タイル７を振動させつつ接着剤５に押付ける振動工具を用い、タイルの接着を行う。この際、タイル７の被着面に、櫛目ごてを用いて水平方向に延伸する複数列の接着剤５を平行に設ける。その後、振動工具によりタイル７を接着剤５に押付けながら振動工具を移動させる作業を、下から上へと順に繰り返す。少なくとも接着剤５の延伸方向の端部においては、振動工具を斜め下方へとタイル７の外側に向かって移動させる。【選択図】図４
