MEMORIAL BUILDING, AND CINERARY METHOD TO THE MEMORIAL BUILDING
To provide a memorial building comprising a storage room which is at least partially constructed underground, the memorial building solving a problem in which there is a risk that collection items may be damaged by water invaded into the storage room from the peripheral ground, and there is a risk that the memorial building may be damaged due to stress caused by buoyant force the storage room receives from water therearound when water tightness of the storage room is kept.SOLUTION: There is provided a memorial building comprising a storage room such as a cinerary room into which water can be invaded from the outside and a lid container 106 placed within the storage room. The container has a structure in which when water invades into the storage room, the container prevents invasion (passage) toward the inside even if a part of the container sinks under the water, and the structure is not fixed to the outside of the container so that it can float and fall in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 少なくとも一部が地下に埋設されてなる収蔵室を有する記念建造物において、周辺地盤から収蔵室に浸入した水により収蔵品が汚損される危険性があった。また、収蔵室の水密性を確保した場合、収蔵室が周りの水から受ける浮力に起因する応力により、記念建造物が破損する危険があった。【解決手段】 記念建造物に、外部から水が浸入可能な納骨室等の収蔵室と、当該収蔵室内に載置された有底の容器１０６を具備し、当該容器は、収蔵室内に水が浸入した場合、その一部を当該水中に没しても、内部には水を侵入（通過）させない構造を有しており、かつ、鉛直方向に浮上・下降できるよう、容器外部に対して固定しない。【選択図】図１
