To provide a harmful product scattering preventing apparatus which prevents the scattering of a harmful product during polishing work, a harmful product scattering preventing method, and a harmful product scattering prevention scaffold.SOLUTION: A sprayer 120 is placed at a scaffold 300, which is placed to divide a work zone around a building 200, at a predetermined interval, the sprayer 120 sprays water droplets in a mist state from an upper part of the building 200 toward the inside of the work zone, and a suction apparatus 140 sucks and purifies air within the work zone comprising the water droplets in the mist state sprayed by the sprayer 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
