To provide a seal joint processing method of a seam of an interior sheet with which work can be finished easily in short time, and which has an excellent anti-fouling performance.SOLUTION: After ultraviolet cure resin is injected into a seam of an interior sheet 2 bonded to a substrate 3, a reaction protective material 4 having an ultraviolet permeability so as to cover the ultraviolet cure resin and capable of blocking the ultraviolet cure resin and an air layer is provided. After radiating the ultraviolet 6 to the ultraviolet cure resin via the reaction protective material 4 to be cured, the reaction protective material 4 is removed. As surrounding of the ultraviolet cure resin is sealed with less air by providing the reaction protective material 4 and the resin near the exposed surface advances without having its reaction being blocked by oxygen, cure time of the ultraviolet cure resin can be reduced and in addition a seal joint surface of the sheet having superior anti-fouling performance can be formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】作業が短時間で容易であり防汚性に優れる、内装用シートの継ぎ目部の封止接合処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】下地3に接着されている内装用シート2の継ぎ目部に紫外線硬化樹脂を注入後、紫外線硬化樹脂を覆うように紫外線透過性を有し、かつ紫外線硬化樹脂と空気層を遮断可能な反応保護材4を設ける。反応保護材4を介して紫外線硬化樹脂に紫外線6を照射し硬化させた後、反応保護材4を除去する。反応保護材4を設けることで紫外線硬化樹脂付近が密閉された酸素の少ない状態となり、露出している表面付近の樹脂が酸素によって反応を阻害される事なく進行するため、紫外線硬化樹脂の硬化時間が短縮でき、さらに防汚性に優れたシートの封止接合表面を形成する事が可能となる。【選択図】図1
