EAVES EDGE STRUCTURE, BUILDING AND EAVES EDGE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To reduce a cost or a work man-hour mainly by reducing a workload to improve a fitting workability and reducing a number of components to be used as well.SOLUTION: The invention relates to the eaves edge structure in which an eaves soffit plate 7 is mounted to a lower surface of an overhang part 6 overhung from a building 3. In the eaves soffit plate 7 an eaves origin metal fitting 14 is mounted to an edge of its eaves origin side 11. Also in the eaves soffit plate 7 an eaves edge metal fitting 18 is mounted to an edge of an eaves edge side 15. The eaves origin metal fitting 14 has a locking part 41 extending from the eaves edge side 15 to the eaves origin side 14 and capable to be locked and held from an upper side relative to an eaves origin part 12 of the overhang part 6 and the eaves origin metal fitting 14 has a protruding part 45 situated at a lower side of the locking part 41 and extending from the eaves edge side 15 to the eaves origin side 14 along a lower part of the eaves origin portion 12 of the overhang part 6 as well, and the protruding part 45 consists of an introducing taper part foamed to be a downward pitch relative to the locking part 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】主に、作業負担を軽減して取付作業性を向上すると共に、使用する部品数を減らして、コストや作業工数の削減が得られるようにする。【解決手段】建物3から張り出された張出部6の下面に軒天井板7が取付けられている軒先構造に関する。上記軒天井板7は、その軒元側11の縁部に、軒元金具14が取付けられている。また、上記軒天井板7は、軒先側15の縁部に、軒先金具18が取付けられている。軒元金具14は、軒先側15から軒元側14へ延びて、張出部6の軒元部分12に対して上側から係止保持可能な係止部41を有していると共に、軒元金具14は、係止部41の下側に位置して、張出部6の軒元部分12の下部に沿って軒先側15から軒元側14へ延びる突出部45を有し、突出部45は、係止部41に対して下り勾配となるように形成された導入テーパ部からなっている。【選択図】図3
