DOOR FRAME AND DOOR FRAME MANUFACTURING METHOD
To provide a door frame having a connection structure for a vertical frame and a bottom frame with improved anti-rust effect.SOLUTION: A method comprises the steps of: fixing a first connection member 6 on an end of a stainless steel bottom frame in an opening width direction; fixing a second connection member 7 on a bottom end portion of each of steel vertical frames 3 and 4; coating at least the bottom end portion of each of the vertical frames 3 and 4 along with the second connection member 7 while the second connection member 7 is in a fixed state; and, after the coating step, partially contacting the bottom end portion of each of the vertical frames 3 and 4 to the end of the bottom frame in the opening width direction, connecting the second connection member 7 with the bottom frame by a screw S while the member is in surface contact with the end of the bottom frame in the opening width direction, and connecting the first connection member 6 with the vertical frames 3 and 4 by the screw S while the member is in surface contact with the bottom end portion of each of the vertical frames 3 and 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
