To provide a method for spraying a fireproof coating material and a system for spraying a fireproof coating material, which uniformly exert the quick-setting effect of a quick-setting admixture in the fireproof coating material.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for spraying a fireproof coating material containing rock wool which is a refractory coating cotton material, a binder that binds the rock wool, and a quick-setting admixture that quickly sets cement slurry which is a binder toward a fireproof coating object 100 via a nozzle body 31, in which the quick-setting admixture and one of rock wool and the cement slurry are mixed in front of the nozzle body 31 to form a front mixture, the front mixture is pumped into the nozzle body 31, the front mixture and the other of the rock wool and the cement slurry are mixed behind the nozzle body 31 to form a rear mixture, and the rear mixture is sprayed as a fireproof coating material 101 toward the fireproof coating object 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
