FIRE-RESISTANT COATING STRUCTURE FOR WALL COMPOSED OF HEAT INSULATING PANEL, AND HEAT INSULATING PANEL FIRE-RESISTANT COATING BODY
To prevent a fire accident of a building by suppressing heat transfer from a decorative steel plate to the inside of a heat insulating panel, and preventing a gap due to thermal deformation from being generated in a joint part between the heat insulating panels.SOLUTION: A heat insulating panel fire-resistant coating body 30 composed of a noncombustible board 32 and a coating steel plate 34 is arranged on one face in the depth direction of a heat insulating panel 12 across a joint part 12A of the heat insulating panels 12 adjacent in the width direction in the width direction of the heat insulating panel 12. Then, the adjacent flanges are superposed on a decorative steel plate 16, and the heat insulating panel fire-resistant coating body 30 is attached to the heat insulating panel 12 by means of screws 18 that are inserted through superimposed flanges 3406 and the decorative steel plate 16 and joined to an insulating material body 14. On the inside of the decorative steel plate 16 to which the flanges 3406 are superposed, an inorganic fiber based noncombustible material 14B is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】化粧鋼板から断熱パネルの内部に熱が伝わることを抑制できるとともに、断熱パネルどうしの接合部に熱変形による隙間が生じることを防止でき、建物の火災事故を防止すること。【解決手段】不燃ボード32と被覆用鋼板34とからなる断熱パネル耐火用被覆体30が、断熱パネル12の厚さ方向の一方の面で、幅方向に隣接する断熱パネル12の接合部12Aを断熱パネル12の幅方向に跨いで並べられる。そして、隣接するフランジどうしが化粧鋼板16に重ね合わされ、重ね合わされたフランジ3406と化粧鋼板16を挿通して断熱材本体14に接合するビス18により、断熱パネル耐火用被覆体30が断熱パネル12に取り付けられる。フランジ3406が重ね合わされる化粧鋼板16の内側には、無機繊維系不燃材料14Bが設けられている。【選択図】図1
