To provide a landing type offshore platform which can be inexpensively installed on the ocean while realizing stable power generation and wind condition measurement by adopting a landing type.SOLUTION: A landing type offshore platform is a platform for installing a wind power generator for performing wind power generation or a wind condition observation machine for measuring wind condition data for wind power generation on the ocean, comprising: a pedestal part 3 for installing a wind power generator 30 or a wind condition observation machine 35; a support part 1 having a lower end disposed on the seabed 50, extended in the vertical direction so that the upper end protrudes from the sea, and having the pedestal part 3 fixed to the upper end part; and a base part 2 which is placed on the seabed 50 and to which the lower end part of the support part 1 is fixed. The support part 1 is provided with a floating body part 4 at least a part of which is hollow, and a floating center F of buoyancy acting on the floating body part 4 is positioned above a center of gravity G of the support part 1 to which the base part 2 is fixed to hold the support part 1 in a vertical posture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
