ADDITION AMOUNT MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND ADDITION AMOUNT MANAGEMENT METHOD
To provide a technique which can manage an addition amount of a second material easily according to construction practice, and which can acquire a desired mixture.SOLUTION: An addition amount management device is detachably provided with respect to a mixing device. The mixing device includes: a force-feed path 1 of a first material; a force-feed path 2 of a liquid second material; and addition means 3. In the middle of the path of the force-feed path 2 of the liquid second material, a joint 21 and a joint 22 are connected. The addition amount management device includes: an impeller type flow meter 4; a joint 41 connected to an entrance of the flow meter 4; and a joint 42 provided at a discharge port of the flow meter 4 via a flexible hose 43. When managing the addition amount, the joint 21 and the joint 41 are connected, the joint 22 and the joint 42 are connected, and the addition amount management device is mounted. At the time of construction, the addition amount management device is removed, and is washed immediately.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工実務に即して、簡便に第二材料の添加量を管理できるとともに、所望の混合物が得られる技術を提供する。【解決手段】添加量管理装置は混合装置に対し着脱自在に設けられている。混合装置は、第一材料の圧送経路1と、液状第二材料の圧送経路2と、添加手段3とを具備する。液状第二材料の圧送経路2の経路途中には、継手21と継手22が接続している。添加量管理装置は、羽根車式流量計4と、流量計4の入口に連設される継手41と、流量計4の排出口にフレキシブルホース43を介して設けられる継手42とを有する。添加量管理時には、継手21と継手41を接続し、継手22と継手42を接続し、添加量管理装置を装着する。本施工時には、添加量管理装置を取外し、ただちに洗浄する。【選択図】図1
