【課題】光の遮蔽性の低下を抑制しながら、横糸が切れてしまうことを抑制することができる、横型ブラインドを提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】横型ブラインド１００のラダーコードの一対の縦糸の一方に沿うように挿通した昇降コードを設けた第１ラダーコードと、昇降コードを設けない第２ラダーコードを配置して、スラット１３を支持する横糸において第１ラダーコードの横糸の耐摩耗性を第２ラダーコードの横糸よりも高いものとする。【選択図】図１
