To provide means for detecting a water level in a pit with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A bad odor preventing type drainage apparatus comprises: a water tank including an inflow port and an outflow port; a movable partition member capable of dividing the inside of the water tank to separate a first space from a second space that communicates with the inflow port and the outflow port; a water level sensor disposed in the first space and capable of detecting a water level in the water tank; and a pump connected to the outflow port and configured to be operated in response to a detection value obtained by the water level sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
