To provide an inspection support device which accurately detects a bar arrangement region to be inspected.SOLUTION: An inspection support device is provided that supports inspection related to skeletons of architectural and civil engineering structures. This device comprises: a three-dimensional information acquisition unit 32 acquiring the three-dimensional data of the structure including a plurality of planes formed of skeletons; a multiple-plane detection unit 34 detecting a plurality of first planes including at least three points of three-dimensional data from the acquired three-dimensional data and calculating the number of three-dimensional points for each detected first plane; and a front face specifying unit 36 specifying a second plane to be measured in the skeleton of the structure from among a plurality of detected first planes based on the number of calculated three-dimensional points.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
