To provide a tile with metal fittings used in a PC plate pre-attachment method, which can prevent the adhesive from protruding from a back surface of the tile or coming into contact with the back surface of the tile, and can reduce the manufacturing cost of the metal fittings.SOLUTION: An exfoliation prevention tile 5 includes a tile 10 having a dovetail groove portion 20-1, an exfoliation prevention tool 40 having a long portion 42, a short portion 44, and a connecting portion 46 and formed of a metal wire rod, and a fixing portion 50 made of adhesive. A rod-shaped portion 42a of the long portion 42 is provided along one side surface of the groove portion 20-1. The tip of the short portion 44 is in contact with the other side surface. The fixing portion 50 is adhered to the connecting portion 46 and the bottom surface 22 of the groove portion. A gap is provided between the fixing portion 50 and the pair of side surfaces of the groove portion 20-1. The upper end of the fixed portion 50 is below the back surface of the tile 10, and the fixed portion 50 is non-adhesive to the rod-shaped portion 42a. Further, a recess may be provided on the bottom surface 22 and the fixing portion 50 may be provided in the recess.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ＰＣ板先付け工法に用いる金具付きタイルであって、接着剤がタイルの裏面から突出したり、タイルの裏面に接するのを防止し、金具の製造コストを抑えることができるタイルを提供する。【解決手段】剥落防止タイル５は、アリ状の溝部２０−１を有するタイル１０と、長尺部４２と短尺部４４と連結部４６を有し、金属製の線材により形成された剥落防止具４０と、接着剤からなる固定部５０とを有し、長尺部４２の棒状部４２ａは、溝部２０−１の一方の側面に沿って設けられ、短尺部４４の先端は、他方の側面に接しており、固定部５０は、連結部４６及び溝部の底面２２に接着され、固定部５０と溝部２０−１の一対の側面の間には間隔が設けられ、固定部５０の上側の端部が、タイル１０の裏面よりも下側にあり、固定部５０は、棒状部４２ａと非接着となっている。また、底面２２に凹部を設けて、固定部５０を該凹部に設けてもよい。【選択図】図２
