To provide a reinforcement fastening metal fitting capable of collectively fastening the reinforcement and installing a spacer at one place and preventing the posture change of the installed spacer.SOLUTION: A reinforcement fastening metal fitting 1 for fastening a main reinforcement 4 and a reinforcing bar 5 which are arranged to cross each other in a superposed state, comprises: a first holding member 6 which is provided in a pair in an arrangement in which reinforcements are sandwiched at intersecting positions and in which a main reinforcement holding groove part 10 for holding the main reinforcement is formed; a second holding member 7 for holding the reinforcing bars; a fastener 8 for fastening the first holding member and the second holding member in the direction of superposing the reinforcements while avoiding the intersecting position; and a spacer 9 provided on the first holding member and regulating a separation distance from the main reinforcement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
