VERTICAL CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF STEEL SHEET PILE
To provide a vertical connection structure of steel sheet piles having necessary minimum reinforcement plates, while securing necessary bearing force at the vertical connection parts having partial loss of a cross-sectional area of joint parts.SOLUTION: At least some parts of steel sheet pile bodies 11 are connected by full cross section welding, joint parts 12 are not welded to each other, and reinforcement plates 20 are welded to steel sheet piles 10, 10, straddling a vertical connection line 16 thereof. The reinforcement plate 20 satisfies following conditions: (1) the reinforcement plate 20 is attached to a steel sheet pile part other than a web 13 of a width-directional central part of the steel sheet pile body 11; (2) the total sectional area of the reinforcement plate 20 of the sectional area on the vertical connection line 16 is equal to or more than the total sectional area of partial loss parts of the section of the steel sheet piles 10, 10 not welded in full cross section; and (3) the total geometrical moment of inertia of the reinforcement plate 20 of the cross section at the vertical connection line 16 for a neutral axis of the steel sheet pile section of the steel sheet pile 10, is equal to or more than the total geometrical moment of inertia of the partial loss parts of the section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】継手部の断面積欠損を有する縦継箇所において必要耐力を確保しつつ、必要最低限の補強板を有する鋼矢板の縦継構造を提供する。【解決手段】鋼矢板本体11どうしの少なくとも一部が全断面溶接によって接合され、継手部12どうしは溶接されておらず、鋼矢板10,10どうしに、それらの縦継ライン16を跨ぐようにして補強板20が溶接され、補強板20は以下の条件を満たす。(1)補強板20は、鋼矢板本体11の幅方向中央部のウェブ13以外の鋼矢板部位に取り付けられていること。(2)縦継ライン16における断面の補強板20の合計断面積が、前記鋼矢板どうしが全断面溶接されていない、前記鋼矢板10,10の断面欠損部の合計断面積以上であること。(3)鋼矢板10の鋼矢板断面の中立軸に対して、縦継ライン16における断面の補強板20の合計断面2次モーメントが、前記断面欠損部の合計断面2次モーメント以上であること。【選択図】図1
