ROOF SEAM FITTING TOOL
To provide a member for ensuring fixing so as to prevent oscillation of a bold head during nut fastening work.SOLUTION: Each of both horizontally divided holding members 1 comprises an upper plate 2, an inclined plate 3, and a horizontal bottom plate, the left and right ends of the horizontal plate are both standing perpendicular ends, projected claws 12, 12 are provided to both left and right sides around the inside of a hole 11 formed on the upper plate of one holding member 1 overlapping a lower part, a long hole is formed on the upper plate of the other holding member, the upper plate having the long hole is positioned above, a bolt 14 is inserted into the hole formed on the upper plate of one holding member, the head of the bolt is disposed between the projected claws, a part of a screw close to the bolt head is simultaneously engaged with a hole edge and fixed, a nut is fixed to the bolt exiting from the long hole of the upper plate of the other holding member, and both the perpendicular ends of the horizontal bottom plates of both the holding members are butted against the base surface of a seam of a folded roof material and fixed during overlapping of both the upper plates of both the holding parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】 ナットによる締付け作業時に、ボルト頭部が揺動しないように確実に固定しておく部材を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 左右に分離する両挟持部材１はいずれも上板部２と傾斜板部３と水平底板部とから成り、前記水平底板部の左右端部はともに起立した垂直端部に成り、下方部に重合する一方の挟持部材１の上板部に設けた通孔１１の内側周囲の左右両側部に突爪１２，１２を設け、他方の挟持部材の上板部には長孔を設け、この長孔を有する上板部を上方に位置せしめボルト１４を一方の挟持部材の上板部に設けた通孔に挿入してその頭部を前記突爪間に配置し、同時にボルト頭部に近接する螺旋の一部を通孔縁部に係合して固定し、他方の挟持部材の上板部の長孔から出る前記ボルトにナットを螺装し、前記両挟持部材の両上板部の重合時に両挟持部材の水平底板部の両垂直端部を折版屋根材のはぜ部の基部面に突き当てて固定するように成るものである。【選択図】 図６
