ASEISMIC BASE ISOLATION REPAIR METHOD
To properly control thrust to displace column bases in directions away from each other when separating multiple column bases from existing foundations and installing seismic isolation bearings between them in a seismic isolation repair method to build a seismic isolation structure for each of multiple column bases for reforming buildings such as steel-towers in which there are multiple column bases respectively supported by existing foundations, and at least one column is erected in an oblique position with respect to the column base.SOLUTION: Executed are a process of constructing a new foundation 20 between a column base X and an existing foundation 10 in each of multiple column bases X, a process of installing a new connecting material 30 that connects the new foundations 20 to each other and applying tension to the new connecting material 30, and a process of separating the new foundation 20 from the existing foundation 10 and installing a seismic isolation bearing 21 between them in each of the multiple column bases X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】夫々が既存基礎で支持された複数の柱脚部を有するとともに当該柱脚部に対して少なくとも1つの柱が斜め姿勢で立設された鉄塔等の建造物を改修して複数の柱脚部の夫々に免震構造を構築する免震改修方法において、複数の柱脚部を既存基礎から切り離してそれらの間に免震支承を設置する際に、柱脚部同士が互いに離間する方向に変位しようとするスラストを好適に制御する。【解決手段】複数の柱脚部Xの夫々において当該柱脚部Xと既存基礎10との間に新設基礎20を構築する工程と、当該工程の後に、新設基礎20同士を繋ぐ新設繋ぎ材30を設置して、当該新設繋ぎ材30に緊張力を付与する工程と、当該工程の後に、複数の柱脚部Xの夫々において新設基礎20を既存基礎10から切り離してそれらの間に免震支承21を設置する工程と、を実行する。【選択図】図12
