SHELF RAIL INSTALLATION JIG AND SHELF RAIL INSTALLATION METHOD
To provide a shelf rail installation jig and a shelf rail installation method that can accurately position the X-direction distance of the shelf rail and the Y-direction distance of the tip of the shelf rail on the hoistway side without using a piano wire that easily shifts due to wind or the like.SOLUTION: A shelf rail installation jig 40 has a guide-side installation jig 40A that accurately positions the position of a guide-side shelf rail 5A in the length direction. The guide-side installation jig 40A has a position fixing portion 42, a width direction position adjusting portion 44 having a first end surface T1, and a length direction position adjusting portion 46 having a second end surface T2. A fixing member 12 of the guide-side shelf rail 5A is brought into contact with the first end surface T1 to position the guide-side shelf rail 5A in the width direction. Further, a horizontal side surface 11a of the guide-side shelf rail 5A is brought into contact with the second end surface T2 to position the horizontal side surface 11a in the length direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】風等で位置ずれを生じやすいピアノ線を用いることなく、棚レールのX方向距離と、棚レールの昇降路側の先端のY方向距離を正確に位置決めすることができる棚レール据付治具と棚レール据付方法を提供する。【解決手段】棚レール据付治具40は、ガイド側の棚レール5Aの長さ方向の位置を正確に位置決めするガイド側据付治具40Aを有する。ガイド側据付治具40Aは、位置固定部42と、第1端面T1を有する幅方向位置調整部44と、第2端面T2を有する長さ方向位置調整部46と、を有する。第1端面T1に、ガイド側の棚レール5Aの固定部材12を当接させて、ガイド側の棚レール5Aの幅方向位置を位置決めする。また第2端面T2に、ガイド側の棚レール5Aの水平側面11aを当接させて、水平側面11aの長さ方向位置を位置決めする。【選択図】図5
