To provide a folding door which can be easily extended while having a handle at a coupling part side.SOLUTION: A folding door having two adjacent sashes rotatably coupled in a foldable way comprises a handle provided at a coupling part side of one sash of the two adjacent sashes to be gripped in an operation for folding or extending the two adjacent sashes and a pressing force part interlocking with the handle in the extending operation for pressing the other sash in a direction where the angle between the one sash and the other sash of the two sashes is opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】連結部側に取手を備えつつも展張しやすい折戸等を提供する。【解決手段】互いに隣り合う２枚の障子が回動して折り畳み可能に連結されている折戸であって、前記２枚の障子のうちの一方の障子の連結部側に設けられ、前記２枚の障子を折り畳む操作または展張する操作の際に把持する取手と、前記展張する操作時に前記取手と連動し、前記一方の障子と、前記２枚の障子のうちの他方の障子とがなす角度が開く方向に前記他方の障子を押圧する押圧部と、を有する。【選択図】図２
