To provide a nursing bathing bed that has a simple and solid structure, and facilitates adjustment operation of a tilt angle of a backrest part.SOLUTION: A nursing bathing bed 1 includes a seat part 2, a backrest part 3 pivoted by this, and a switching mechanism 4 for switching a tilt angle to the seat part 2 of the backrest part 3 in the standing direction in a stepwise manner according to a ratchet type. The switching mechanism 4 comprises a locking shaft 6 and a gear member 7. The locking shaft 6 is supported to a long hole 81 of a bracket 8, and is biased so as to be engaged and disengaged to an engaging recess 71 of the gear member 7 in the ratchet type. The locking shaft 6 is released from the engagement with the gear member 7 when a release recess 62 is made to face the gear member 7 by the movement operation in the axial direction, and the backrest part 3 is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易で堅牢な構造で、背もたれ部の傾斜角度の調整操作が容易な介護用入浴寝台を提供する。【解決手段】介護用入浴寝台１は、座部２と、これに枢支される背もたれ部３と、背もたれ部３の座部２に対する傾斜角度を起立方向にラチェット式に段階的に切り替える切り替え機構４とを備える。切り替え機構４は、ロック軸６とギア部材７とを具備する。ロック軸６はブラケット８の長孔８１に支持され、ギア部材７の係合凹部７１にラチェット式に係脱するように付勢される。ロック軸６は、軸線方向の移動操作で、解除凹部６２をギア部材７と対向させたとき、ギア部材７との係合が解除され、背もたれ部３が解放される。【選択図】図１
