To prevent creep deformation from occurring due to stress under high-temperature environment while preventing a ceramic sintered body from being cracked due to degradation in sinterability thereof.SOLUTION: A ceramic sintered body formed with at least one of a stabilized zirconia and a partially stabilized zirconia contains at least one of a Ta component and an Nb component. In the ceramic sintered body, when a content of the Ta component is Ct(wt.%) in terms of Ta2O5, and when a content of the Nb component is Cn(wt.%) in terms of Nb2O5, the ceramic sintered body satisfies the equation: 0.1≤Ct+Cn≤6.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
