TILE LAYOUT COST ESTIMATION SYSTEM IN PRECUT TILE
To provide a system for cost-estimating precut tile layout, by setting working width of pantiles to 1/(integer) of a design unit dimension of a building, and by setting a horizontal projection dimension of a working length to an integer ratio with the design unit dimension of the building, and thereby patterning shapes of precut pantiles constructed to roof face ends and setting of tiles of every roof part.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a tile layout cost estimation system that includes means of: calculating tile setting code for every roof part by a computer, by using design dimension data for various roofs, roof shape data and tile product design dimension data for tile roofs having the patterned shape of precut pantiles constructed to roof face ends, by setting working width of pantiles to 1/(integer) of a design unit dimension of a building, and by setting a horizontal projection dimension of a working length to an integer ratio with the design unit dimension of the building; outputting tile layout drawings and tile setting code for every roof part; and preparing roof tile layout drawings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、桟瓦の働き幅を建物の設計単位寸法の整数分の一、働き長さの水平投影寸法を建物の設計単位寸法と整数比にすることにより屋根面端部に施工するプレカット桟瓦の形状、屋根部位ごとの瓦の納まりをパターン化し、プレカット瓦の割付積算が行えるシステムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、桟瓦の働き幅を建物の設計単位寸法の整数分の一、働き長さの水平投影寸法を建物の設計単位寸法と整数比にすることによって、屋根面端部に配置するプレカット桟瓦の形状をパターン化した瓦屋根に、各種屋根設計寸法データ、屋根形状データ及瓦製品設計寸法データを用いて、コンピュータが屋根部位ごとに瓦納まりコードの算出処理する手段を備え、瓦の割付図面と瓦納まりコードを屋根部位ごとに屋根形状図に出力処理する手段を備えて屋根瓦割付図面を生成する手段を備える瓦割り付け積算システムを提供する。【選択図】 図１
