To provide a viaduct replacing method capable of changing support of an existing bridge beam by an existing bridge leg to support by a new bridge beam without interfering with traveling of a railway vehicle using a grade separation track and without changing the position of a support point.SOLUTION: Two temporary beam receiving brackets 8 are attached to a new steep pipe support 7 erected at the side of an existing bridge beam beforehand, and a tip beam 16a of a new bridge leg beam 16 is placed on a composite truck including a gate-type hydraulic lifter and a turntable and carried into an erection site. Then, existing bridge beams 1-1 are supported by temporary support jacks 14 on the temporary beam receiving brackets 8, and an existing bridge leg to be replaced is removed. The tip beam 16a carried into the erection site is rotated and raised to be connected to a new bridge leg beam connection part 7b in the upper part of the new steep pipe support 7, and a place where the existing bridge beams 1-1 are supported by the existing bridge leg is supported by a new support 18 provided on the tip beam 16a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
【課題】既設橋桁の既設橋脚による支持を、立体交差の軌道を利用する鉄道車両などの運行を妨げずに、さらに、支持点の位置を変動させずに新設橋脚による支持に変更することを可能にした高架橋の受け替え工法を提供する。【解決手段】既設橋桁の脇に予め立設されている新設鋼管支柱7に2本の仮設の桁受けブラケット8を取り付け、さらに、新設橋脚梁部16の先端梁16aを門型油圧リフターとターンテーブルを備える複合台車に乗せて架設現場に搬入する。その後、仮設の桁受けブラケット8上の仮支持ジャッキ14で既設橋桁1−1を支持し、受け替え対象の既設橋脚を撤去する。そして、仮設現場に搬入している前記先端梁16aを回転、上昇させて新設鋼管支柱7の上部の新設橋脚梁接続部7bに接続し、先端梁16a上に設けた新設支承18で既設橋桁1−1が既設橋脚によって支持されていた箇所を支えるようにした。【選択図】図18
