RECEIVING DEVICE FOR SPIRAL STAIR, STEP BOARD RECEIVER, SPIRAL STAIR AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SPIRAL STAIR
To enable construction of a step board irrespective of the difference in the structure of a core housing of a step board of a spiral stair, the size of the thickness of a core column, and the difference in the step board housing method with respect to a side plate on the outside of the spiral stair.SOLUTION: A receiving device A for a spiral stair is provided which includes a plurality of step board receivers 31-33 for supporting inner end parts of step boards 11-13 of a spiral stair S. On a lower surface of each of the step boards 11-13, a recessed groove 19 is formed as a step board side positioning part, and each of the step board receivers 31-33 includes a mounting part 35 mounted and fixed on a core column 1, and a receiving part 46 for receiving the step boards 11-13. At the receiving part 46, a protrusion strip 54 engaged with the recessed groove 19 of each of the step boards 11-13 and for positioning the step boards 11-13 at each of the step board receivers 31-33, and a placement part 48 on which an inner end part of each of the step boards 11-13 positioned by the protrusion strip 54 is placed and fixed are provided. A position of the recessed groove 19 of each of the step boards 11-13 and an arrangement position in a circumferential direction of the core column 1 of the protrusion strip 54 of each of the step board receivers 31-33 are set according to a core housing structure and thickness of the core column 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】廻り階段の踏板の芯納め構造の違い、芯柱の太さの大小、及び廻り階段外側の側板に対する踏板納め方式の違いに拘わらず、踏板を施工できるようにする。【解決手段】廻り階段Sの踏板11〜13の内端部を支持するための複数の踏板受け具31〜33を備えた廻り階段用受け具装置Aを設ける。各踏板11〜13の下面に踏板側位置決め部として凹溝19が形成され、各踏板受け具31〜33は、芯柱1に取付固定される取付部35と、踏板11〜13を受ける受け部46とを備える。受け部46に、踏板11〜13の凹溝19に係合して踏板11〜13を踏板受け具31〜33に位置決めする凸条54と、凸条54により位置決めされた踏板11〜13の内端部を載置して固定する載置部48とを設ける。踏板11〜13の凹溝19の位置と、踏板受け具31〜33の凸条54の芯柱1周囲方向の配置位置とが芯納め構造及び芯柱1の太さに応じて設定される。【選択図】図10
