To provide a wall penetration joint which enables easy attachment to an attachment hole formed at a wall.SOLUTION: A wall penetration joint 10 includes: a joint body 16 which is formed at its outer periphery part with a male screw 26 and penetrates through an attachment hole 14; a first nut 18 which is disposed at one side of a wall 12 and threadedly engaged with the male screw 26; a second nut 24 which is disposed at the other side of the wall 12 and threadedly engaged with the male screw 26; and an annular holding member 22 which is disposed between the attachment hole 14 and the joint body 16 and presses the joint body 16 and the attachment hole 14 in a radial direction to hold the joint body 16 in the attachment hole 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
