SPRAYED MATERIAL THICKNESS MEASURING INSTRUMENT
To solve the problem in which: sprayed material thickness measurement is generally carried out in a system of measuring thickness in spots, and in detecting the thickness of a sprayed material sprayed over a wide range, the number of measurement points is increased, and thus not all measurement results at the points cannot be obtained; the operations are generally carried out manually and lack quantitativeness.SOLUTION: A sprayed material thickness measuring instrument and measuring method comprise: an area sensor that can measure the distance between a measuring instrument and a sprayed material in a designated area on a wall surface; a storage unit that stores information on the measurement; and a calculation control unit that calculates the thickness of the sprayed material from the information on the measurement. The sprayed material thickness measuring instrument and measuring method calculate the distance to the wall surface known in advance or the measured distance to the wall surface and the measured distance to the sprayed material, and quantitatively measure the thickness of the sprayed material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】吹付物厚み測定はスポットで測定する方式が一般的であり、広範囲に吹き付けた吹付物の厚みを検出する場合、測定箇所が多くなるため、全箇所の測定結果は残せていない。また、前記作業は一般的には人手で行われており、定量さに欠ける。【解決手段】壁面の指定したエリアにおいて測定器と吹付物との距離を測定可能なエリアセンサと、測定した情報を記憶する記憶部と、測定した情報から吹付物の厚みを演算する演算制御部とを備え、予め分かっている壁面までの距離または、測定した壁面までの距離と、測定した吹付物のまでの距離を演算し、吹付物の厚みを定量的に測定を行うことを特徴とする、吹付物の厚み測定器および測定方式。【選択図】 図3
